TATTOO REMOVAL CASE STUDY
Hx: Patient had had her eyebrows tattooed a few years prior to presentation and was dissatisfied with the results. She felt like her brows were uneven, misshapen and disliked that the outline of the tattoo extended beyond her natural brow shape.
Tx: We performed 4 x treatments of tattoo removal with our q-switched laser. Initially we targeted the dark pigment in the tattoo and as that colour started to lift changed settings to enable treatment of the underlying red pigments which is often required with brown tattoos. Not shown in this photo, but at the end of our 4 treatments, the patient’s tattoo had diminished enough that she was able to go and have her brows re-tattooed.
