The Aescend Aethleisure Club is a 6-9 month membership that enables current patients of Aescend Aesthetics to access discounted treatment with the Evolve X - Transform platform alongside ongoing use of our in-house LED. 

  • 6 month membership entitles members to 18 Evolve X Transform; and a 9 month membership entitles members to 27 Evolve X Transform treatments to be attended over the specified time period. 
  • Eligibility criteria must be met before individuals will be approved for Aethleisure membership. 
  • Members must agree to having measurements and photos taken before and after treatment for the purposes of documentation. 
  • Individuals must be seeking treatment of more than two body areas in order to be eligible for membership. 
  • Members must not be a beneficiary of any other awards or discounts discretionarily offered by Aescend Aesthetics.
  • Members must be prepared to have credit card details held on file the purposes of automated debit through Square terminal.
  • At any time, individuals may have only one valid membership.
  • Aescend Aesthetics reserves the right to refute or terminate Aethlesiure Membership without prior notice or reason. In such instances future payments will be ceased and financial information destroyed. 
  • A member can at any time terminate their Aethleisure Membership by providing notice in writing to Aescend Aesthetics. A cancellation fee which is the difference between the normal cost of treatments and the cost of treatments undertaken while an Aethleisure Member + a $100 administration fee will apply.
  • It is the responsibly of a member to notify to an Aescend artisan any changes to their medical history and/or medication which may make them no longer suitable for treatment. In such an instance, Aescend Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel Aethleisure Membership.
  • In the event of an adverse reaction or side effect related to treatment, it is the responsibility of the patient to notify an artisan of Aescend Aesthetics. In such an event, routine investigations will be enacted in accordance with local adverse event management frameworks to determine factors that may have potentially contributed to the event. If a patient is deemed unsuitable for further treatment, Aethleisure Membership will be cancelled. 
  • By agreeing to enact an Aethleisure Membership, members agree to see out an entire treatment course of 6 sessions per treatment area. In the instance that a member does not want to carry out an entire treatment course on a single treatment area, treatment of that area will be deemed 'subtherapeutic' and there will be no course for recompense. 
  • Aethleisure members have the option of transferring their membership with. notification in writing. The transferee must undergo initial assessment, meet eligibility criteria, consent to treatment and meet additional conditions before transfer will be granted.
  • Aethleisure Members have the option of pausing their membership for a period no greater than 1 year, 
  • Aethleisure Memberships cannot be shared between parties. 
  • Access to treatment will only be granted once a successful first payment is made. 
  • Dishonoured payments may result in cancellation of your Aethleisure Membership. 
  • Standard policies in relation to cancellations apply to scheduled appointments, with failures to attend/notify outside of 72 hours, potentially resulting in forfeiture of your appointment and treatment that is deemed sub-therapeutic.
