Signing up is easy! Whenever you check out through our Square POS system in-store, you can opt to enrol in our VIP program.

Every time you check out in-store, points will be added to your VIP account. Unlock greater rewards by accumulating points.
Our system has the flexibility for our artisans to also manually assign points for activities such as:

The Aescend VIP Program is a loyalty program available in-clinic to patients. It rewards patients financially by offering discounts and gift vouchers based on several means of interaction. It is a way to say thanks to long standing and loyal patrons.
Individuals who opt to join the Aescend VIP Program are subject to the full suite of Terms and Conditions related to the Aescend VIP Program (available upon request). These include but are not limited to the following:

- Modification, suspension or termination of the Aescend VIP Program may occur at any time and without prior notice.
- Collection of personal information is required in order to facilitate enrolment into the Aescend VIP Program. At no time will this information be knowingly shared with a third party.
- Enrolment into the VIP Program is dependent upon meeting certain eligibility criteria. To be eligible for enrolment individuals must not be a friend, family or beneficiary of any other discounts or rewards discretionarily and routinely offered by Aescend Aesthetics.
- At any time patients may only have one valid account.
- Aescend Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership to their VIP Program at anytime without prior notice or reason.
- Patient loyalty points are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Points are accumulated at a rate of 1 per every $100 spent.
- Loyalty points are accrued on the purchase of the following products and services - gift certificates, skin care/products, laser, cosmetic injectables, PDO threads, lifting threads, vaginal rejuvenation, Morpheus 9, Tixel, sexual dysfunction treatments and body sculpting/contouring.
- Points are awarded for points made by cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFT. Points do not apply for payments made by AfterPay or HummPay.
- At its sole discretion, Aescend Aesthetics may update a patient account with a reward as a consequence of purchasing behaviour and/or promotional activities.
- Aescend Aesthetics reserves the right to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed by using rewards.
- The maximum number of points redeemed in one single transaction cannot exceed 20% of the total balance of the transaction.
- Loyalty rewards cannot be redeemed for purchases of gift cards, vaginal rejuvenation treatments and/or treatments for sexual dysfunction.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for online purchases of products or gift certificates.
- Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including but not limited to credit notes/gift cards.
- Rewards can be earned in conjunction with other offers or promotions, but cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or package (inclusive of Aethleisure Membership).
- Loyalty rewards from one account only can be presented for redemption per 1 transaction.
- Only one loyalty reward per transaction can be redeemed per patient.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed on purchases less than $200, unless at the discretion of an Aescend artisan.
